How do I pay for my order?
Payment is handled directly between you and the vendor. Most vendors accept Cash, Venmo, Zelle, CashApp, and PayPal. You upload proof of payment in the app and the vendor confirms it.
Can I order tamales for delivery?
Most vendors offer pickup only. Some vendors may offer local delivery at their discretion — message them to ask before ordering.
How do I become a vendor?
Register with the "Seller" role, set up your profile, add menu items and a pickup location, and you are live. The Free plan includes up to 5 listings. Upgrade to Pro for unlimited listings and advanced features.
What is the Pro vendor plan?
Pro is $15/month (or discounted yearly). It unlocks unlimited menu items, up to 5 locations, full analytics, daily deals and promotions, priority search placement, and the Featured Seller badge.
Are reviews verified?
Yes. Only buyers who completed a real order from that vendor can leave a review. This keeps ratings authentic.
How does the order offer system work?
After chatting with a buyer, the vendor creates a formal offer inside the chat with items, price, and pickup date. The buyer reviews and accepts it. The accepted offer becomes a tracked order both parties can follow.
Can I chat with vendors before ordering?
Absolutely. Messaging is built into the platform. Ask about ingredients, customizations, batch orders, or catering — then proceed to an order when you are ready.
